Competition season is approaching, and with it comes the search for coffees that can define a routine.
Following the success of our first cupping event of the year—where we showcased our Liberica alongside the Nido Geisha wildcard—we wanted the next gathering to go even further. Bigger in scope, deeper in exploration, and more reflective of the spirit of discovery that defines Dawn Coffee Curators.
For this edition of Champions’ Chamber, we are honoured to welcome Caldera Coffees, who have graciously accepted our invitation to present a truly unique sourcing table. Together, we’ll explore a pairing that many in the competition circuit have begun to notice: the intriguing relationship between Panamanian Geisha and Liberica.
But this evening is not simply a traditional cupping.
While cupping will certainly be part of the experience, we’ll also introduce a tasting format rarely seen in London—designed to challenge the palate, encourage discussion, and bring a new perspective to how we evaluate exceptional coffees. Some surprises are best left for the day itself, so we’ll keep the details under wraps for now.
